With Creative Writing at the Core – For Team Empowerment & Practical Classroom Skills
The creative team Spires, led by children’s book author and actress Elpida Minadaki, specializes in experiential activities centered around creative writing. Through a variety of methods, the workshops strengthen the skills of educators and kindergarten teachers, enhance teamwork, and improve the collaborative atmosphere within the classroom.
In collaboration with Ethos Hub — Center for the Child and the Family, and with psychologist Sofia Drosou as instructor, a pioneering 4-hour seminar is offered that combines:
• practical methods for managing daily classroom life,
• personal and team-level empowerment of staff,
• an experiential creative writing workshop with applied activities that strengthen cohesion, emotional expression, and creativity for both children and educators.
